You get a full refund. The same applies if it arrives substantially wrong, or if the seller cancels. Refunds go back through Paystack to the account you paid from, and usually take a few working days.

Free of charge until the seller starts preparing it. Once preparation has begun the food cannot be resold, so cancellations after that point are not refundable.

Yes. Sign in with your email address, where we send a six-digit code, or with Google. There is no password to remember. We also ask for a phone number, because the rider calls it to find you.

No. Every order is cooked by the restaurant or kitchen you chose, and they are responsible for what they make and what it contains. ZEST arranges the order and gets it to you.
